I wish to convey appreciation about the excellent service rendered by one of your drivers. The RSA Papanui arranged a bus trip through you from RSA to Lyttelton. I was one of the passengers and the driver was so helpful and courteous. Many of the people on this trip were elderly and he went out of his way to accede to their requests and helped them in every way he could. Above all, he was a very good driver - very careful, and we had a very enjoyable day.
